Position: Kitchen Associate
Compensation: $13.25 per hour
Shift: 5 AM - 1 PM

What You’ll Do:

As a Kitchen Associate, your role is to create a friendly and welcoming environment for our guests by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards in all aspects of food preparation and safety.

Prepare menu items according to company recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
Ensure that all food products meet Coen’s high standards of freshness, taste, and safety.
Maintain sanitary food handling procedures at all times.
Support training for new team members and assist with cross-training in retail and food service operations.
Follow all safety protocols, including incident reporting and reporting any safety concerns or incidents to management promptly.
Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.

We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and bending throughout your shift, starting at 4 AM.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Willingness to learn and use the store’s computer applications.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is a plus.
