Position: Kitchen Associate
Compensation: $13.25 per hour
Shift:  5 AM - 1 PM


What You’ll Do:

As a Kitchen Associate, your role is to create a friendly and welcoming environment for our guests by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards in all aspects of food preparation and safety.

  • Prepare menu items according to company recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

  • Ensure that all food products meet Coen’s high standards of freshness, taste, and safety.

  • Maintain sanitary food handling procedures at all times.

  • Support training for new team members and assist with cross-training in retail and food service operations.

  • Follow all safety protocols, including incident reporting and reporting any safety concerns or incidents to management promptly.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.


We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and bending throughout your shift, starting at 4 AM.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

  • Willingness to learn and use the store’s computer applications.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

  • Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment is a plus.
