Job Purpose:
The HR Compliance Coordinator is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact to coordinate and support day-to-day Corporate Office operations. This position will work in a complementary function to the Payroll & HR team and report to the VP of Human Resources.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Office Coordination:
- Coordination with other departments including HR (policy-related matters) and IT (for Office equipment matters).
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Works with cross-functional team members to investigate and resolve customer and vendor questions and concerns.
Executive Support:
- Provide administrative support to Senior Leadership including the following:
- Meeting preparation.
- Travel arrangements for Senior Leadership, Guests of the Company, and or Vendors.
- HR UKG System Administrative Support.
- Manage and monitor HR matters for prompt responses to all inquiries.
- Maintain a level of excellence with each conversation or correspondence.
- Process monthly invoices & statements for HR Invoices.
Educations, Experience, & Skill Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a professional office environment; experience working with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- UKG experience is preferred
- Payroll experience a plus
Licensure & Certifications:
- Functional or Certified Payroll Professional a Plus.
