Compensation: $16.00 per hour 
 

What You’ll Get to Do: 


As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and District Manager in the execution of the overall store operations. This role is tasked with helping achieve performance and profit goals by assisting in the selection, development, and training of team members. The Assistant Store Manager is dedicated to living out our vision of becoming a fast and casual “to-go” brand known for world-class convenience. 

  • Monitor store-level financial performance and inventory, ensuring shelf offerings are full and waste is minimized. Communicate vendor stocking issues and proactively manage cash handling procedures. Analyze audit results and take corrective actions when necessary. 

  • Assist in supervising day-to-day tasks and performance for team members across all areas of the store. Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to foster a growth and learning environment. 

  • Respond to and resolve guest complaints or inquiries and actively solicit feedback to exceed guest expectations. 

  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds safety, service, and operational efficiency standards. Implement and oversee safety programs, ensuring compliance with federal, local laws, and company policies. Report and document all customer and associate incidents within appropriate timeframes. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 
     

We’re Looking For: 

  • Associate’s degree in business or a related field is preferred. 

  • 1-2 years of proven leadership experience is preferred, preferably in a retail or convenience store environment. 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age. 

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for the duration of your shift. 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. 

  • Strong understanding of the financial aspects of the retail business. 

  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. 

  • Willingness to learn the store’s computer applications. 

  • Must be comfortable working at other locations as required. 

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
