Job Purpose:
Ensures an exceptional customer experience that supports our vision to become fast and casual “to go” with world class convenience. Assists and supports the District Manager and Store Manager in the execution of driving customer interest; including understanding the customer experience cycle, provide superior customer service, cleanliness, active participation in engaging guest in adherence to all company policy/store standards.Guiding Principles

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Provide a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest, utilizing suggestive selling techniques, delivery of in store coupons and promote signing up to Club Coen.
- Maintains site appearance standards keeping the stores sparkling clean and taking exceptional care of our valued guests.
- Follows and complies with all health and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe working practices.
- Maintain professional appearance in accordance with the company dress code policy.
- Maintains professional communication and demeanor with vendors, team members and guests.
- Strong commitment to teamwork while being flexible and adaptable to change.
- Assist with assigned duties from the Store Manager where assigned.
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience preferably in a retail, QSR, or convenience store environment preferred.
- Ability to learn and utilize the store’s computer applications required.
- Exceptional customer service, superior relationship building, and strong leadership skills required.
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
- Reliable transportation is required.
